Yes, at the moment we are only delivering in Dubai to ensure a high quality and fast delivery service.
Our delivery cost is a fixed price of 35 AED which is applied at the checkout page.
We have 3 allotted timeslots 3 for delivery with each slot having a 4 hour time frame. You can choose a slot between: morning, midday, afternoon or evening. Delivery is between 9am-8pm.

Yes, we guarantee same day delivery within a 4 hour timeframe. The cut off order time is 3pm for same day delivery. If you require a specific time, you can add this information on at checkout page.
If no one is home, we will leave your delivery with security/reception or in front of the door. Our delivery team will take a picture for proof of delivery and inform the receiver where the parcel was left. If the area is not safe, we will contact the receiver and re-organize delivery.
In most cases, we do not call recipient if we have complete address and details of the location. However, if there is insufficient delivery information, we will contact the recipient. Special requests or instructions can be noted on the checkout page.
For offices, hospitals, schools and hotels we only deliver to reception or concierge services as our team is not allowed to deliver in certain areas. We will notify the recipient to ensure they are aware the flowers are waiting at the reception.
We have a system with information about each delivery. We request a signature off the recipient once delivery has been made.
From your side, we will need the full name registered at the hotel as a guest and their room number. We will deliver to reception and they will deliver to your room .
In some cases, people with celebrate their birthdays outside of the city or country. If you have placed an order, contact us as soon as possible via phone number or email (our customer care email ) and we can reschedule delivery.

We work on each flower bouquet as a master piece. We ensure flowers look the same or better than the picture.
However please note, the flowers themselves can come in different shades and sizes. The florist may swap a flower if it is to a bad quality.
We have different flower arrangements:
Floral foam arrangements last around 3 -5 days. The arrangement always looks stunning and serves purpose of a “Wow effect “. To keep the flowers for longer, please add water directly in to the green floral foam (about a glass or less depending on size)
Flower bouques are delivered in water and usually last from 3-10 days depending on the flower type. Once removed from packaging, please place in a case and fill with clean, room temperature water. Keep flowers away from direct sun light and AC.
Preserved and dry arrangement flowers last from a few months up to 1 year.
Flowers are fragile beauty, they do not last forever but they do serve a purpose to highlight your day. To preserve the flowers, please follow the below steps:
Keep flowers in the clean, room temperature water and refresh water every 2 days
Cut the flowers stems with sharp knife or scissors to freshen up
Keep away from direct sunlight and AC
Spray once a day with water spray, to keep the flowers moisturized
Remove yellow/dead leaves and cut dry flower buds – this helps new buds to bloom
Some flower blossoms can be poisonous for pets. Please refer to Google or call your vet if your pet consumes the flower. To avoid this, place your flowers on high surfaces, out of reach from your pets.
